About the CIFF Fair
CIFF (Copenhagen International Fashion Fair) is one of the most important fashion fairs in Scandinavia and one of the leading ones in Europe. It is held twice a year in Copenhagen, usually in January and August, to present collections for the coming seasons (spring/summer, autumn/winter). CIFF is a place where designers, brands, buyers, journalists, and fashion industry professionals meet to learn about the latest innovations and trends. At last year's edition of CIFF in January, over 10,000 brands exhibited on an area of 34,000 m2, attracting 17,000 business visitors.
The countries from which the exhibitors came were: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, USA, Canada, etc.
CIFF is known for promoting sustainability, new technologies, and creative concepts in fashion. There are special sections dedicated to sustainable brands and innovative materials. It stands out for its creative settings that combine fashion, art, and design. Each season brings unique thematic spaces.
The fair brings together a wide range of exhibitors, from established brands to new talents. It covers all segments of fashion, including women's, men's, and children's clothing, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products.
Services of VTK/STK BiH and the fair organizer
    VTK/STK BIH will provide constant technical assistance to participating companies during the organization of the visit (recommendations on accommodation, transportation, visit program, obtaining tickets for the fair, etc.)
    VTK/STK BiH will also provide companies with contacts of potential partners from the Hoovers database.
    A catalog will be produced with profiles of participating BiH companies in the form of a business card with a QR code, which will be used as promotional material during the visit.
    With the technical support of SIPPO, BiH companies will be provided with lists of exhibiting companies, potential partners with whom it is possible to schedule meetings during the visit.
    During the realization of the visit, the companies will be provided with constant support from the organizers (directing the companies, translation, etc.)
The organizer of the visit, VTK/STK BiH, will provide each selected participating company (a maximum of ten companies) with a financial subsidy of 1,500 KM (VAT included). Companies have the right to cover the costs of air travel and/or accommodation, and tickets for the fair from the subsidy. VTK/STK BiH will sign an Agreement with each company, which will define the rights and obligations of the organizer and the participating companies.
Criteria for selecting companies - participants in the visit:
    The company is a manufacturer from the textile industry that can offer products that correspond to this fair.
    The company has experience in export business and employs at least one person who actively communicates in English (German).
    The company is strategically committed to exporting to the EU, has adequate product quality, and the necessary permits and certificates.
    The company is an active member of VTK/STK BiH (regularly settles membership fee obligations in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the Law on VTK/STK BiH "Official Gazette of BiH", number 30/1 and 72/1).

Signed and certified four original copies of the Agreement on the regulation of obligations must be sent by mail to the address of VTK/STK BiH, Branislava Đurđeva 10; 71000 Sarajevo.
