The Impact of AI on Business Development
SIPPO Bosnia and Herzegovina is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of two workshops on Artificial Intelligence (AI) conducted from January 21-23, 2025, in Sarajevo.
The workshops were very practical, allowing participants to gain concrete knowledge and skills through direct work on AI applications.
The initial workshop, which took place from January 21-22, was tailored for 15 participants from various departments within FTC BiH (VTK/STK BiH). Participants were actively involved in practical exercises using various AI tools, including Grammarly, Cofive, Lovable, Umso, ChatGPT and hoop.app, and thus gained insight into their application in everyday work.
The second workshop, "Let Artificial Intelligence Work for Your Export Strategy," was held in Sarajevo on January 23 and focused on enhancing export strategies for businesses in the natural ingredients, technical wood, and value-added textile sectors. This workshop had 20 participants.
In addition to the hands-on work, the workshops also included a discussion about the ethical aspects of using AI, as well as the potential challenges and future development of this technology. Special attention was delegated to Plagiarism, Bias, and Transparency related to Ethics and Challenges in AI Content Creation.
Led by Patrick Collins, a consultant from the Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO), these sessions equipped attendees with actionable insights and techniques to harness AI for improving export operations and driving growth. The enthusiasm and participation from attendees reflected the vital role AI plays in contemporary business environments.
